CPA Structure
The Association is governed by a Council comprising the President,
the Immediate Past President and six regional representatives. The
Council consists of one nominated representative from each national
member organization. Over 40 national pharmacy associations are
members of CPA.
CPA is made up of six geographical regions across the Commonwealth:
Eastern & Southern Africa; West Africa; Americas; Pacific; Central
Asia and Europe. Councillors representing the nations within each
of these regions elect a regional representative who serves on the
Executive Committee with the President and Immediate Past President.
The Full Council meets every four years at the time of the Conference.
The Executive Committee meets during the Conference and at least
once in the period between the four yearly Conferences
