Commonwealth Pharmacy Day
16 June
This is the date that pharmacists in the Commonwealth are asked to promote the profession of pharmacy. It is also the date that commemorates the inaugural meeting held in 1969 that led to the formation of the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association: and coincidentally it is the birthdate of one of its founders and first President, the late Albert Howells, who chaired the inaugural meeting.
